Connor Justin is a 2018 RHP/ with a 6-3 230 lb. frame from Palm Bay, FL who attends Melbourne Central Catholic. Large frame with long limbs and broad shoulders. Projects for additional strength. Primary right handed pitcher with a smooth paced, simple side step delivery. Stays tall on back side at gather and works to the plate with tall and fall lower half actions. Deep arm circle back at separation and released from a high three-quarters to near over top arm slot. Generated very good downward angle to the plate with a fastball offering that flashed occasional running action to arm side, topped at 83 miles per hour. Maintained arm speed well with a curveball offering that showed proper shape with solid depth down in the zone. Also flashed a changeup, again with good arm speed, that had good cutting action to arm side. Good feel fro all three pitches with the ability to mix and match in positive and negative counts. Shows a good knowledge for pitching. Very good student.
