Jahdiel Aaron Rivera Guzman is a 2018 SS/2B with a 5-7 152 lb. frame from Juncos, PR who attends International Baseball Academy. Medium, athletic frame with square shoulders and present strength throughout frame. Ran a 7.11 60-yard dash. Primary middle infielder, short steps to the ball, stays low through sound and consistent actions, works through the ball nicely, full arm action with long release, accurate throws across with strength and carry from low arm slot. Righthanded hitter, starts with a close stands and a high hand and back elbow set. Short weight shift transfer through strong lower half, inside siwng and keeps hands in, shows bat speed coming to the ball. Has feel for the barrel and comfort hitting to the opposite field, contact approach approach and shows strength when squared and extended. Good student.
