Adam Beran is a 2015 OF/LHP with a 5-11 155 lb. frame from Goshen, OH who attends Loveland. Medium, wiry build, looks very athletic. Shows above average foot speed, ran a 6.72 60 yard dash. Arm strength is still developing in the outfield, takes solid routes to the ball. Bats right-handed, works from a balanced, wide base with a high back elbow. Gets long to the ball at times, but shows barrel accuracy and a line drive approach. Also took the mound, fastball topped at 74 mph. Also flashes a 66 mph curveball with 11-5 rotation. Throws a lot of strikes and shows a high pitching IQ. Excellent student.
