Jordan Balazovic is a 2016 RHP/3B with a 6-4 175 lb. frame from Mississauga, ON who attends St. Martin's HS. Long limbed young build, broad shoulders, lots of physical projection remaining. Long and loose whippy arm action from a balanced delivery and a high 3/4's arm slot. Upper 80's fastball, topped out at 90 mph, gets very good downhill plane and occasional arm side running action, lots more velocity in his arm with physical maturity. Slider will flash good tilt and tightness when he stays on top, tends to get under the pitch for a flatter break. Shows some deception on is change up with good arm speed on release. A bit raw now but very projectable physically and needs to be followed closely. Good student.
