Ronald Williams is a 2014 C/OF with a 6-0 195 lb. frame from Grosse Pointe, MI who attends Grosse Pointe South. Medium, strongly built athlete, looks the part behind the plate. Ran a 7.38 60 yard dash. Flashes quality arm strength behind the plate, has the footwork to profile there. Also showed solid outfield actions, attacks the ball, charges hard and gets rid of it quickly. Bats right-handed, works from a slightly open, relaxed, balanced setup. Has an idea at the plate and doesn't expand the zone. Has good strength in his hands, gets long at times, produces consistent line drives. Very good student.
