Alexander Rivera Centeno is a 2013 SS/2B with a 6-0 170 lb. frame from Arecibo, PR who attends Puerto Rico Baseball Academy. Medium athletic build, loose and quick twitch. Outstanding runner, 6.57 in the 60. Shows second plus tool in his infield arm strength, long loose arm action, soft hands, can work through the ball better on defense, tends to wait back and trust his arm, can see at third base in the future as he gets stronger. Right handed hitter, gets to front side early, stays short and compact, swings hard and creates bat speed, quick hands, simple swing mechanics, line drive contact, should continue to improve with additional strength.
