Kendall Brown is a 2016 SS/OF with a 5-10 170 lb. frame from San Jose, CA who attends Willow Glen. Medium athletic frame with excellent physical projection remaining on body. Hits from spread stance with a rock back load, stance is slightly open, closes off well at contact point. Shows good hands when hitting with a line drive swing plane and quality plate coverage. Likes to hit line drives into the opposite-field gap but can spray to all fields. Balanced throughout swing, will have some more pop as he continues to develop. Worked out well defensively during drills, showing clean hands and deliberate, clean actions overall. Moves to ball well to both sides, throws accurately across the diamond, topping out at 72 MPH on his throws. Very good student.
