Aaron Pilkington is a 2016 C/3B/1B with a 5-11 218 lb. frame from Charlotte, NC who attends Ardrey Kell HS. Thick and strong build, broad shoulders and hips. Right handed hitter, straight stance, leans back in his swing and creates uphill plane, puts lots of top spin on the ball, swings hard and has lots of raw bat speed, power approach, can really get the ball to carry when it doesn't have top spin, showed his power potential. Young actions behind the plate, still developing shifting and throwing footwork, 2.04 best pop time, has also played third and first base. Bat and power potential are his tools. Verbal commitment to College of Charleston.
