Seth Beer is a 2016 OF/RHP with a 6-3 205 lb. frame from Suwanee, GA who attends Lambert HS. Tall and broad shouldered athletic build, fairly mature physically, older 2016 who will be 20 years old late next summer. Left handed hitter, tall stance, very good bat speed, stays balanced well but will occasionally stay on his backside a bit, outstanding raw power, can get the ball in the air with big back spin and carry, mid field to pull side contact. 7.08 runner, long and loose actions in the outfield, big crow hop throwing with good arm strength, throws carry well. Power potential stands out. Good student, verbal commitment to Clemson.
