Matt Livingston is a 2012 1B/OF with a 6-4 195 lb. frame from Vienna, VA who attends James Madison. Good looking player with length and strength and room to fill. Very good defensive first baseman. Moves well laterally and has good hands. Arm is solid. Showed good tools at 3B during games and should spend time at that position as well. Short power stroke at the plate. Good lower half with fluid weight shift. Present pop in bat with very good power potential in the future. Smooth swing with bat speed. Got out of box and ran bases well. Very good student.
