Jack Kruger is a 2013 C with a 6-2 180 lb. frame from Calabasas, CA who attends Oaks Christian HS. Tall angular build, good strength with room to add more. 7.23 runner, athletic actions behind the plate, good footwork, long loose arm action with consistent mechanics, tends to catch a bit straight up. Right handed hitter, hand hitch load, big glide into contact, loose line drive swing with good extension out front, swings hard and creates bat speed, hard pull contact. Good balance of tools and athleticism for a catcher, should continue to improve. Excellent student, signed with Army.
