Pablo Bermudez is a 2008 OF with a 5'11'', 180 lb. frame from Miami Shores, FL who attends Miami Springs HS. He's a live bodied athlete with good present strength. Bermudez has consistently shown above average run and throw tools in the past. He ran the 60 in 6.68 and had solid arm strength in the outfield, just not quite the big plus arm he's shown in the past. Offensively, Bermudez hits out of an open, tall stance with a calm load and some bat wrap that gives his swing a bit of length. He has plus bat speed and the ball comes off the barrell hard when he squares up. Bermudez shows good power to all fields. When he gets in a groove, he can be the type of power/speed offensive threat that can greatly impact an offense. Bermudez likes to play and plays hard. He is a good student.
