Max Dutto is a 2012 SS/IF, OF with a 6-0 190 lb. frame from Danville, CA who attends San Ramon Valley HS. Strong thick athletic build, fairly physically mature. 7.01 runner, quick feet defensively, solid arm strength, good actions to the ball, can quick release. Left handed hitter, high deep hands, quiet confident hitting approach, good strength and bat speed, geared for fastball and quick enough to handle velocity, dead pull approach, tends to get out front on off speed, ball jumps off the barrel well on his pitch. Bat plays up if he can stay in the middle infield. Good student, verbal commitment to California.
