Joseph Williams is a 2011 RHP/1B/3B with a 6'2'', 260 lb. frame from Lumberton, NC who attends Lumberton HS. Extra large, strong build. Calm leg raise delivery, repeats well, maintains balance/direction, arm action pretty smooth. Late bore on low 80's FB, gets inside to RHH's, good shape on CB with consistent spin. Mixes it up and has an idea. Big jumps could be made with continued development, conditioning, and maturity
