Xavier Parkmond is a 2011 C/OF with a 6-0 200 lb. frame from Waterbury, CT who attends The Gunnery. Parkmond a solid build with some strength. He has a short swing at the plate, good balance in swing, quick bat, he has a gap-to-gap swing power, good pop in his bat. He has good speed (6.78 60), especially for his size. Solid catch and release guy behind the plate, short arm action, gains ground on his throws, solid arm strength. He is also a good student.
