2007 Mid Atlantic Underclass Showcase
Brady Wilson is a 2009 2B/OF with a 5'10'', 145 lb. frame from Frederick, MD who attends Frederick. Brady has a lean athletic build with a good amount of room to fill out. He easily had the fastest sixty yard dash of any player at the event. At the plate Brady has good raw hitting tools where he showed good bat speed and consistent line-drive contact. At times Brady gets rotational in his swing and he will need to work on keeping his weight back and improving his balance. In the outfield Brady has solid actions with a short quick arm action. In the field he has clean actions, but needs to get after the ball a little more as he waits back some. Brady has the type of speed to project at a number of different positions on the field. He is a strong student that should attract interest from many mid to high-level college programs in the next few years.
