Joshua Brown is a 2025 OF/ with a 6-0 165 lb. frame from Chapel Hill, NC who attends North Raleigh Christian Academy. Medium lean build with athletic actions and a frame to continue to build on. Ran the 60 yard dash in 7.24 seconds. Primary position OF, working through his reps very methodically. Working the glove out front and feeling for the ball a bit. Deeper funnel and midline transfer to prepare to throw. Multiple steps and crow hop to release, generating throws up to 73 mph back to the bags with solid accuracy. RHH working from a neutral and balanced stance and quiet trigger. Creates a lot of distance in the front arm on hand load and uses one hand release to maximize extension. Some juice to the pull side but showed best launch when in the middle of the field. Outstanding student.
