Nicholas Szabo is a 2025 RHP with a 6-0 170 lb. frame from Whitby, ON. Features a medium build with room to add. Primary right-handed pitcher. Utilizes a semi-windup delivery into drop and drive mechanics down the mound. Has decent arm speed present within a short arm action. Hides the ball well into a 3/4 slot release. Fastball sat 72-75 mph with sinking action. Offering generates weak ground balls often. Pairs with a slider at 64-66 mph with short action. Still developing consistent feel for the offering. Flashed a changeup at 67-70 mph with slight fading action. Maintains armspeed well with the ability to get hitters out front. Intriguing arm overall with projectability.
