Lucas Fortin is a 2026 2B/RHP with a 5-11 150 lb. frame from Baden, ON. Medium frame with slender, compact build; ran 60 yard dash in 7.44 seconds. Hits from even-based stance with upright posture and relaxed set, leg lift trigger with smaller stride, compact swing path on linear plane, shows feel for contact out front, projects well with strength. Worked out in the infield, halts momentum at catch point, stiffness to hand actions and funnel, hands work when out front, clocked up to 68 mph on throws across. Also pitched, works from stretch, slight crossfire land, fastball worked 67-73 mph with slight arm side run, showed curveball with downward action.
