Tomas Gonzales Jr. is a 2026 C/1B/3B with a 5-8 140 lb. frame from Frederick, CO who attends Mead. Gonzales Jr. works from a young developing build with additional room to fill out and physically mature in the future. As a primary C, he displayed a squared set to start while receiving cleanly with soft hands. He flashed refining footwork with further space to gain ground towards second, posting a 2.36 pop time. At his secondary IF spot, Gonzales Jr. displayed controlled footwork with arm strength expected to increase as he gets older, topping out at 66 mph across the diamond. On the offensive end, the righty started from an open stance with a lower hand set and toe tap trigger showing intent to work back up the middle of the field for contact. Posted an exit velo of 81 mph. Ran a 7.95 sixty yard dash.
