Charlie Driscoll is a 2025 LHP/OF with a 5-9 150 lb. frame from Lexington, MA who attends Middlesex School. Compact, slender frame with plenty of time to physically mature. Recorded a 7.39 second sixty-yard dash time. Primary left-handed pitcher that worked from a full windup delivery with a coiled leg lift and shorter stride out to foot strike. Proficient strike thrower with feel for three pitch mix and plenty of velocity upside as he continues to add strength. Fastball worked in the low-to-mid 70s for the majority of his outing and topped out at 75 mph from an extended three-quarters arm slot. Mixed in a faded changeup and 1-7 shaped curveball for strikes, as both were tunneled effectively and show tons of potential moving forward. Secondary outfielder with a developing defensive skill set. Stays behind the baseball well, fields cleanly off his front foot and carries some momentum into release. Maintains posture into the throwing motion and recorded arm strength up to 77 mph from a higher arm slot. Right-handed hitter that hits from a narrow, upright and open stance. He starts with a high hand set, high back elbow and uses a hover trigger for timing. Contact oriented stroke with an inside hand path, rotational lower half mechanics and developing feel for the barrel. Will continue to improve with proper swing adjustments and additional strength. Developing, young prospect with plenty of physical projection and significant upside on the mound. Good Student.
