Blau is a 5-11, 170 lb senior left handed pitcher from Florida. He pitches with a very slow and deliberate delivery with a full stop in his arm action in back. Blau’s fastball was 69-71 mph. His best pitch was a mid-60’s change up that he maintained very good mechanics and arm speed on. He also threw a 58-61 mph curveball that had a big, rolling break. Blau is an excellent student who is looking at some of the top academic schools in the country.
