Ben Major is a 2023 OF/ with a 6-3 175 lb. frame from Troy, OH who attends Troy Christian. XL frame with long, athletic build; ran event-best 6.57 seconds in the 60 yard dash. Hits from high-handed set with even base, crouched into stance, very interesting bat speed on a longer path, creates leverage and has obvious strength, impactful power upside long term. Worked out in the outfield, developing feel and understanding of hand actions, moves well and shows athleticism, clocked up to 77 mph on throws. Very intriguing power/speed profile.
