Edgar Garcia is a well built 6'2/190 RHP from the Dominican. He is very polished and looks like a big league pitcher already. He has a very lively 92 mph FB that he spots well. His slider is outright filthy, a sharp breaker in the mid 80s. His change up is also a MLB pitch. Outstanding command and poise on the mound. We will be watching Edgar throw in the Big Leagues, maybe by the time he's 20 years old.
