Luke Coll is a 2023 RHP with a 6-2 180 lb. frame from New Boston, MI who attends Huron. Medium athletic build with plenty of room to get stronger. High compact arm action, works downhill well, repeats his mechanics and tunnels his pitches. Fastball worked up to 91 mph, has been up to 93 mph at previous PG events, mostly straight with occasional arm side running action. Will cut his fastball at 86 mph with intent, cutter has potential as he moves forward. Curveball is his go to pitch, throws it often and for strikes, pitch has power and tightness and bite and consistently froze hitters. Changed up flashed big diving life at times but still developing consistency with this pitch. Has an out pitch in his curveball and plenty of potential with his other offerings. Very good student.
