2022 Texas Prospect Showcase
Cade Adams is a 2025 C/MIF with a 5-9 155 lb. frame from Pearland, TX who attends Pearland High School. Smaller frame with an athletic build. Ran a 7.06 second 60-yard dash. Primary catcher, athletic behind the dish with quick and efficient movements, works out of the crouch and through the baseball well, short arm stroke that works well and shows very strong and consistently accurate throws. Switch-hitter, grades out a little better on the left side at present; very loose and athletic process with a clean move of the weight in, loose easy stroke and lots of comfort with the barrel, turns it over regularly with strong impact to the pull side. A little more flat on the right side but more strength off the barrel, really comfortable on both sides of the plate and projects well. Great student. Named to 2022 Texas Prospect Showcase Top Prospect List.

Our library of over 10,000 hitters shows that for a given body type, higher swing efficiencies generate higher exit velos. PG All-American Arjun Nimmala may only weigh 170 lbs, but he can still hit 103MPH off a tee thanks to his elite Swing Efficiency™.
