Hunter Komine is a 2022 OF/2B with a 5-7 145 lb. frame from Mill Creek, WA who attends Henry M. Jackson. Compact and young frame, room to fill and time to do so. Ran a 6.98 second 60 yard dash. Primary outfielder, worked out in the outfield fielding the baseball out in front, shuffles into his release using a compact arm action at take back, topped out at 79 mph from the outfield. Switch hitter only took reps from the right side, sets up at the plate with a narrow based open stance, uses a big leg lift trigger into contact, quickness to his hands with a downhill plane to contact, swings with intent and turns the barrel over out in front, pull side approach with the ability to execute. Great student. Named to top prospect team.
