Jorge Bello is a 2022 IF/RHP with a 5-11 170 lb. frame from Orlando, FL who attends Montverde Academy. Medium frame with some physicality to the build and room to fill out. Ran a 7.59 second 60-yard dash. Primary infielder, plays back on the ball a bit and gets around it well, fields it cleanly with deliberate actions and showed solid arm strength on throws clocked up to 85 mph across. Also pitched, works with good intent, shows good arm speed on a fastball up to 80 mph while tunneling the breaking ball well with late bite to it. Right-handed hitter, swings hard and strides in well, has some length at times and is able to impact the ball well the other way when on time and squared. Great student. Named to 2021 Sunshine East Showcase Top Prospect List.

Swing Efficiency™
Swing Efficiency™ is a score from 0-100 based on how fast you move your body compared to other players of a similar height and weight. Our library of over 10,000 hitters shows that for a given body type, higher swing efficiencies generate higher exit velos. PG All-American Arjun Nimmala may only weigh 170 lbs, but he can still hit 103MPH off a tee thanks to his elite Swing Efficiency™.
