Ryler Smart is a 2024 LHP/1B/OF with a 6-4 220 lb. frame from Pearland, TX who attends Pearland High School. Big and strong build. Pretty fast tempo delivery, full hands over head start, has some rhythm, compact arm stroke from a high 3/4's arm slot. Worked in the low 90's with his fastball and topped out at 93 mph, heavy fastball life down in the zone. Change up was a good pitch for him with good feel for the pitch. Still developing his spin and consistency on a 1/7 curveball. Verbal commitment to Tennessee.
