Austin Parker is a 2024 OF/RHP, 3B, SS with a 6-2 190 lb. frame from Edmond, OK who attends Epic Charter. Recorded a 7.38 second 60-yard dash time. Primary outfielder with a with a big frame and athletic build. Fundamental footwork on approach with one-hand gather to exchange. Full arm swing carrying his weight on throws to the bases at 86 mph. Corner actions and footwork working to both sides in the infield. Long arm swing on throws across the diamond at 84 mph. Secondary right-handed pitcher with a big side step sliding the pivot to the first base side of the rubber. Higher lift with big arm swing behind to a 3/4 arm slot delivery. Pretty direct to the plate with a live arm running the fastball up to 89 mph (2219 RPM) and curveball up to 76 mph (1971 RPM). Changeup at 81 mph (1632 RPM) for a third offering to complete his pitch package. Left-handed hitter with a slightly open and even base with a high back elbow slot. Hanging knee-lift trigger with a lofted swing path through the zone. Strength out front with pull side juice when on time with extension out front. Excellent student. Named to the Sunshine Texas Showcase Top Prospect List.
