Kaiden Wilson is a 2023 LHP/1B with a 6-2 190 lb. frame from Raymore, MO who attends Raymore-Peculiar. Medium build with some present strength, pretty mature physically. Side step delivery, lands a bit closed out front for some cross fire angle, high 3/4's to 3/4's arm slot, has energy at release. Fastball worked mostly in the upper 80's, topped out at 91 mph early, mostly straight with occasional arm side run. Curveball was his best pitch, gets on top of it well with big downer depth and lands it well, high spin rate pitch. Tends to drop his release slot on his change up and tip that pitch. Good student, verbal commitment to Louisiana State.
