Holden Hering is a 2025 RHP/1B, 3B with a 6-5 215 lb. frame from College Station, TX who attends College Station. Extra tall and proportioned frame with a workhorse build. A primary pitcher, clean and compact delivery who repeats well for his large frame. Good arm speed and he gets good ride to the fastball when down in the zone. Varies the shapes on the breaking ball and he has feel to land spin to the glove side. Solid changeup with sink, and can throw any pitch in any count. Good angle and can force soft contact because of his control and ability to work both corners. Excellent student.
