Troy Ueltzen is a 2025 RHP/IF with a 6-0 168 lb. frame from Rocklin, CA who attends Rocklin. Large frame with some present strength to the build. Ran a 7.60 second 60-yard dash. Primary right-handed pitcher, has quick and simple movements throughout the operation with a quick arm through a high three-quarters slot and good extension over the front side. Has enough body control to play with timing and repeat especially well. Pounds the zone and misses bats with a sinking fastball while also showing a highly projectable breaking ball with good shape and bite at present. Also worked out in the infield with a good approach and process through the ball, funnels it cleanly and has good arm strength across. Left-handed hitter, sets up open and has a simple and level swing on a longer path with some present bat to ball skills that will have improved results with strength from maturity. Named to 2020 14u Fall South Showcase Top Prospect List.
