Zach Edwards is a 2024 RHP/UT with a 6-2 190 lb. frame from Riverton, UT who attends Riverton. Tall and athletic frame with broad shoulders and some current strength to the frame. Ran a 6.99 in the sixty yard dash. A primary pitcher, loads on his back side well and gets down hill with drive, high 3/4 release with life to the fastball. Stays in attack mode. Four pitch mix with a curveball and changeup that should develop into solid offerings and his slider already showing swing and miss traits. Repeats his delivery and with his athleticism he has very good upside. A secondary infielder, has solid lateral range with confidence in his feet, can change arm angles and maintain zip on throws. A right handed hitter, strong base and uses it well, twitch in the wrists and turns the barrel hard to get on plane. Brakes on the front side allowing his hips to fire hard, path stays flat and he hit hard line drives throughout the round.
