Mason Diamond is a 2026 C/IF/OF with a 5-9 165 lb. frame from Springfield, GA who attends Benedictine Military. Compact build with strength and athleticism and broad shoulders. Ran a 7.13 sixty yard dash. Primary catcher, side saddle set up with a quick glove to hand transfer, stands up out of crouch fast with a high slot release and developing throwing accuracy, popped a 2,12 in drill work. Also worked out in the outfield. Right handed hitter, narrow base with a high hand set and high back elbow, hands work with natural lift, feel to leverage the baseball in the air, swings with controlled violence, best contact came to the pull side. Excellent student.
