Brady Millstid is a 2023 RHP/3B with a 6-2 165 lb. frame from Mansfield, TX who attends Mansfield High School. Large, athletic frame with square shoulders and long limbs, projectable build with room to fill throughout. Ran an 8.03 60-yard dash. Primary righthanded pitcher, side step moving into a high leg lift up past belt; hands stay tight and compact working to an extended three-quarters release point. Fastball topped out at 75 mph, creates some cut action from release, quickness to arm, occasionally opens front side early prior to release. Lived down in the zone and showed a feel for landing curveball for strikes up to 69 mph, pitched to contact. Fields the ball out front in the infield, upper body dominant release with footwork that will continue to develop, shows carry and arm strength across the diamond; fields out front from the outfield with an extra step through release, occasionally uphill but shows carry with accuracy to intended base. Righthanded hitter, begins with a wide and bent knee stance with a high hand set and back elbow in the box; upper body dominant swing with a full swing path through the zone. Swings with intent and generates some lift out front. Projects with additional lower half weight shift, shows carry off the barrel when squared.
