Blake Bowen is a 2023 SS/3B with a 6-2 170 lb. frame from Wooster, OH who attends Wooster. Taller build with a projectable frame. Ran a 7.08 in the sixty yard dash. A primary infielder, higher energy with short steps and trusts the hands. Nice sliding play with recovery and a quick release. Can change arm angles to the middle, solid functional ability for a big frame. A left-handed hitter, narrow and in line stance with shorter movements that create easy bat speed. Quick bat and good extension that leverages out from. Looks to extend and has intent with accuracy. Very good sequence. High level offensive tools. Very good student.
