Jaime Ferrer is a 2021 C/OF with a 6-1 200 lb. frame from Saint Cloud, FL who attends TNXL Academy. Strong athletic build, especially in his upper body. Outstanding runner for a primary catcher, 6.68 in the sixty. Has athletic actions behind the plate, excellent arm strength with carry to his throws, threw very well in games with accuracy and a quick release. Also plays the outfield and shows his arm strength very well there. Right handed hitter, hits from a wide base with a limited lower half load, hands driven rotational swing, gets the barrel out front well with hard line drive contact. Excellent student, verbal commitment to Florida State.
