Jason Moore is a 2018 MIF/C with a 5-11 170 lb. frame from West Chester, PA who attends Unionville. Medium frame with slender, athletic present build; good projection remaining on frame. Ran 40 yard dash in 5.29 seconds. Sets up to hit from spread out stance with open front hip; lots of movement into load and pre-swing, hands work well onto line drive swing plane with moderate lift at contact. Found the barrel consistently, shows mostly pull-field approach with ability to drive the ball into the air. Worked out defensively in the infield, waits back and lines it up well, shows efficient footwork to and through the ball, clean hands at the ball with quick transfer, showed good accuracy across the diamond up to 78 MPH. Good student.
