Will Brant is a 2021 SS/RHP, C, IF, OF with a 5-8 160 lb. frame from Prairie Village, KS who attends Shawnee Mission East. Compact frame with strength in build and square shoulders. Ran an 8.00 second 60-yard dash. Worked out defensively as a primary shortstop. Fields the ball out front with soft hands and a funnel to the body. Clean footwork through a quick transfer. Has a bit of carry across the diamond while staying accurate in throws topping out at 79 miles per hour. Righthanded hitter with a narrow stance and high back elbow. Utilizes a leg lift trigger for timing. Stays on the ball well through a line drive plane. Consistently found the barrel with a middle of the field to occasional opposite field approach.
