2022 WWBA Workout Showcase (July 15)
Ben Bodoh is a 2024 C/OF with a 5-8 160 lb. frame from Marietta, GA who attends Lassiter. Ben is a smaller frame and build for a catcher but he has very good actions back there. Side saddle setup with feet he has smooth catch and release skills. Quick footwork out of crouch and short arm action deliver accurate throws on the bag. Pop time was 1.88 seconds. Some added arm strength will help with development but right now, the athleticism plays as a whole. Ben has a wide base at the plate and uses his lower half well with a little rock into the load to generate his swing. A. bit steep with the bat into the zone, he makes good contact and hit some hard line drives .

Swing Efficiency™
Swing Efficiency™ is a score from 0-100 based on how fast you move your body compared to other players of a similar height and weight. Our library of over 10,000 hitters shows that for a given body type, higher swing efficiencies generate higher exit velos. PG All-American Arjun Nimmala may only weigh 170 lbs, but he can still hit 103MPH off a tee thanks to his elite Swing Efficiency™.
