Dominic Keegan is a 2018 C/RHP/IF with a 6-0 195 lb. frame from Methuen, MA who attends Central Catholic HS. Strong athletic build. Right handed hitter, hits from a wide base with a high hand load, swings hard and creates lots of bat speed, can turn on the inside pitch and drive it, geared for fastballs, ball comes off the barrel hard with some lift in his swing. Compact arm action with good arm strength, 1.95 best pop time, tends to stand up to throw but gains ground well in his footwork. Offense oriented catcher with some pop. Good student, verbal commitment to Vanderbilt.
