Victor Perez Soto is a 2014 3B/SS with a 6-0 185 lb. frame from San Juan, PR who attends Colegio Hector Urdaneta HS. Medium athletic build good present strength, fairly mature physically. Right handed hitter, high back elbow start, rotational hitter, swings hard and has some strength in his swing, some lift and extension out front, hard game contact, can shorten up but has some hitting ability. 7.26 runner, showed good game range at third base, plays third base with confidence, nice footwork to his back hand side, long arm action with good arm strength, accurate throws, can make plays on the run. Pretty polished player, especially on defense. Good student. Named to the Caribbean Showcase Top Prospect team.
