Parker McLamore is a 2015 C/OF with a 6-1 170 lb. frame from Gilbert, AZ who attends Basha HS. Large, athletic build with a lean, projectable frame and room to fill out with additional strength. Good athlete, ran a 6.93 60-yard dash. Primary catcher, short arm action with strength on throws down to second base, quick transfer and release, gains ground with lower half with accuracy on throws. Short arm action from the outfield, shows strength on accurate throws, short strides to the ball with a quick release. Right-handed hitter, starts with a spread lower half and uses a small leg lift trigger at start of swing. Hands drop at start of swing, shows a short and quick path to the ball. Ball comes off barrel well when squared, looks to lift with contact to all fields. Good student. Named to West Uncommitted Top Prospect List.
