Connor Baits is a 2012 RHP/1B with a 6-5 210 lb. frame from San Diego, CA who attends Point Loma HS. Strong physical build with room to grow. Full delivery, gets back turned, short stride, bit of a pole vaulter but gets over his front side, arm works well, high 3/4's release. Steady 89-91 mph fastball, maintains velocity from the stretch, FB mostly straight. Change best secondary pitch, good arm speed and uses confidently. Rare slider, short break. Good student.
