Tountas has a very projectable 6-1, 165 lb. body and good athletic actions. He really swung that bat well in Peoria and has the chance to become a solid hitter in the future at the next level. Tountas keeps his hands inside the ball well on his swing and generates good bat speed with a mature, balanced approach. Defensively, Tountas has enough arm strength for third base and shows good hands and actions. He could use a bit more quickness in his lower body but made several good plays at third because of his soft hands and arm strength. He’s a 7.44 runner in the 60. He is an "05" to follow.
