Hiram III Bocachica (2024, Toa Alta, P.R.) had an impressive day one of the tournament as the young shortstop stood out on both sides of the baseball. Defensively he moves smoothly across the infield with easy range in each direction. His glove work is advanced for the age and projects well moving forward. At the plate he had a solid day showcasing his power to the opposite field. Both of his hits on the day came to the opposite field with a single to right and a home run to right-center. The ball carries well off his barrel with a compact simple swing. He will be a name to keep an eye on moving forward as he comes from good baseball bloodlines.

Kelvin Agosto (2022, Vega Baja, P.R.) wasted no time making an impact on this tournament. The No. 349 ranked player in the class got things going in his first at-bat with a single back up the middle to drive in a run. He showed some explosive hand speed in that at-bat with good barrel control to get to a pitch up in the zone. In his last at-bat on the night he showed off the hand strength once again this time hammering a ball to center field for a standup double. Agosto takes every advantage of each at-bat with good intent to his swing and an ability to drive the ball with authority to all fields.
