Adam Vanden Bergh is a 2024 LHP/1B, OF with a 6-0 155 lb. frame from San Diego, CA who attends Francis W. Parker. Medium build with good length to the frame with long limbs that can fill out. Ran a 7.60 in the 60-yard dash. Left-handed pitcher, stretch delivery with a long stride and consistent release point. Solid extension on the fastball, quick out of hand with a depthy 1-7 curveball showing good shape. Flashed one changeup and got over the top, worked tempos and filled the zone. Also showed a strong arm and developing actions in first base drills from a shorter arm action. Left-handed hitter, deep hand load and open stance. Shows feel the other way from a linear path. Solid barrel control on display with projectable strength. Very good student.
