Eric EJ Booth Jr. is a 2026 OF/LHP/1B with a 5-11 205 lb. frame from Bassfield, MS who attends Oak Grove. Recorded a 6.80 60-yard dash. Primary outfielder with a medium frame with present strength, especially in the lower-half. Worked to the ball with clean actions and fielded the ball off to left side. Used a medium length arm action and throws were on line, up to 77 mph from the outfield. Also worked out at first base and made the plays. Left-handed hitter and starts from a wide base with open feet and a high back elbow. Swung with lots of intent and displayed advanced bat speed. Showed the ability to lift it and flashed loud pop to the pull side. Also pitched and threw from a low effort delivery, working up to 76 mph with the fastball. Got ahead in counts well and showed feel to land a curveball.
