Donavan Dickson is a 2027 SS/RHP, 2B, 3B, MIF, IF, OF, UT with a 5-8 155 lb. frame from Hernando, MS who attends Hernando. Recorded a 6.97 60-yard dash. Primary shortstop with an athletic frame. Showed advanced actions in the infield with quick feet and fundamentals. Clean glovework and threw across with good arm strength from a lower slot. Right-handed hitter and starts from a wide base with even feet. Swung with lots of intent while displaying excellent bat speed. Direct to the ball with a clean swing path. Best juice was to the pull side gap and also showed the ability to go the other way. Secondary right-handed pitcher and begins with a leg lift to core level. Atletic, free, and loose mover on the mound. Pounded the zone with fastball up to 77 mph. Mid-3/4 arm slot with a fast arm. Flashed a tight curveball that got whiffs. Named to the 2023 13U/14U Sunshine Mid-South Showcase Top Prospect List.
